Real Solutions For Real Issues

Incontinence Products

There are many incontinence products on the market. Some are dangerous. Before you risk drugs or surgery or settle for a life less enjoyable than you deserve, get the facts.

Adult Diapers and pads

Can be  embarrassing, temporary, and expensive solutions that only mask the problem.

Surgical procedures

Come with risk of infection, rejection of foreign materials used in re-construction, and the normal risks of anesthesia during surgery.

Incontinence Drugs

Drugs like Vesicare and Toviaz are not permanent solutions and have side effects that can greatly affect your daily life. Side effects of popular incontinence drugs include but are not limited to:

Vesicare side effects:

  • dry mouth
  • constipation
  • urinary tract infection
  • blurred vision
  • heat exhaustion or heat-stroke when used in hot environments.

Toviaz side effects:

  • dry mouth
  • constipation
  • dry eyes
  • trouble emptying the bladder

Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercises have been proven over time to reduce or eliminate incontinence symptoms. So why don’t more people use this free option?   To be successful with traditional kegel exercises you must do the exercises 60 minutes per day for at least 6 months.  Many women give up before desired results are achieved. Kegel exercise using the FPT requires only 20 minutes every other day for three weeks to see results. The FPT and MPT are the safest and most effective incontinence products on the market, are clinically proven, and recommended by physical therapists and their patients for over twelve years.

Are there other products like the FPT and MPT?

While there are other products on the market that claim to strengthen your pelvic floor, there are no other products on the market like the patented FTP and MPT products. Many of the vaginal cone products such as Vagacare and Aquaflex are made of plastic and have contamination points where weights or retrieval strings are attached. The KegelMaster and others like it, are also made of plastic and have hinges and springs (contamination and pinch points) than can result in injury and infection.  Other devices such as ben-wa balls and wands are thinly disguised sex toys and have no therapeutic value at all.
